Everything Pic2Merch handles
A full run-down of what's built and working today.
Customer kiosk experience
Self-serve ordering
Customers pick a product, upload or choose a photo, crop and align it, and submit — no staff needed for a straightforward sale.
Order from any device
A kiosk tablet/PC in-store, or a customer's own phone via a scannable QR code — both go through the exact same flow and land in the same order queue.
Optional categories
Group products under kiosk tiles for a bigger catalog — never enforced, so a single-focus stall (e.g. only magnets) skips straight to the product grid.
Stock photo albums
A curated "photo ideas" picker customers can browse instead of, or alongside, uploading their own image — including multi-select for multi-photo orders.
Free-position name text
A drag, resize, and arch/curve text editor for personalised products like decorative letters, plates, and cups — including curved text that follows a round product's real edge.
Full-screen kiosk mode
A dedicated desktop shortcut opens the customer-facing order page full-screen with no address bar or toolbar, for a proper dedicated kiosk device.
Product flexibility
13 shapes and counting — each with its own bleed margin and cut guide, automatically masking the customer's photo to fit.
Any product shape
From simple circles and boxes to cone-wrap cups and bowls, hearts, stars, and holiday shapes — not locked to one product type, and new shapes keep getting added.
Wrap-around text
Business name, website, socials, or custom text printed around the cut edge of a die-cut product — pulled live from your business settings.
Oversized products
A true-size reference guide for blanks bigger than your paper/printer can manage at full size — the design still prints at true scale, never silently shrunk.
Multi-photo products
Set how many photo slots a single order of a product needs, with an optional "reuse the same photo" shortcut for identical copies.
Printing & cutting
Cutter-width calibrated sheets
Print layouts tiled to your exact physical cutter width, with cut lines and a printed header for lining the sheet up at the guillotine.
Printer margin calibration
A built-in test sheet measures your printer's real non-printable edge, so print layouts use your printer's actual limits instead of a guess.
Auto-rotation for wide products
A panoramic or wide product automatically rotates to make the best use of the page, without ever needing to shrink the design to fit.
One file per order
A self-contained, print-ready file is generated per product line item — open it and print, no separate image files to hunt down.
Admin & operations
Full branding control
Your own logo, colour theme, and background applied across the whole customer-facing kiosk.
Optional live stock sync
Pairs with Stock4Merch, A to PC's inventory companion app — stock levels update automatically, and orders can be blocked before overselling a show's remaining stock.
In-person sale entry
A separate admin order flow for walk-up/cash sales you're entering yourself — same product and photo tools, without the customer-details step.
Full backup & restore
Export your products, categories, and photo albums at any time, and restore them again on the same PC or a fresh install.
Runs fully offline
No internet connection required to take orders — everything runs on a small local server on your own PC.
Your own data, your own PC
Orders and photos are stored locally, not in someone else's cloud — you control retention and can write your own data policy wording for customers.
